Meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month between 1.30pm to 3.30pm at St.Elizabeth's Church Hall, Wood Lane, Dagenham, Essex RM8 2XT (small entrance hall next to the allotments).

Every meeting has at least one guest speaker and a British Sign Language Interpreter attending. Meetings are usually attended by the respiratory team from the long term condition unit and Our Honorary President, Dr Fowler (consultant of Queens Hospital) also attends whenever possible.

Speakers provide information on subjects such as what benefits are available and how to claim, how your lungs work, relaxation, breathlessness and Tai Chi. If you want to see a full list of speakers please visit our pages on meeting dates.

Time is always made available for refreshments and a chat with other members.
